          How it Works

The help alarm works with a base unit. The alert necklace is worn by the user everyday. It is waterproof so it can worn while doing household chores and even in the shower.

When a situation occurs where you need help, by pressing the button on the help alarm transmitter, a call is dialed to our help center.

Our trained response team will answer the call and speak to the user over the two way radio in the alert necklace base unit.

The proper medical, fire or police help is disbatched immediately, and preselected friends, family and health care professionals are alerted to the situation.
